Siderplant began its activity in 1896. Iron was then forged in
an old shed by a hammer operated by waterfall. In the 1950's the company started
designing and manufacturing the rolling mill equipment and was a pioneer in the
field of automatic cooling bed and evacuation system. Siderplant has an in-house
drawing and engineering department and a 5000 square meters machine shop facility.
Stem, established in 1976, is a highly specialized equipment manufacture
of hot rolling mills for long products. Stem's equipment is designed in their engineering
department according to AGMA, DIN and ISO standards.
Stem dedicates 20,00 man-hour / year engineering and designing equipment.
Amb, founded in 1976, is one of the leading in the sector of rolling
mills electrical, electronic and automation suppliers in the world today. Semi-
finished mechanical components and machines are manufactured in sister companies
with projects and drawings supplied by Amb, under the supervision of it's engineerings.
Thanks to its engineering Amb purchases and installs components supplied by world
renowned companies available in the world market for easy replacements.
